If you need to use our tracking platform after receiving the device, please check whether the device's IMEI has successfully created an account. If not, please send the device's IMEI to TrackerKing customer service. We will check for you. 2. What should I do if the device shows that it was not activated successfully? First, check that the SIM card used in the device is a SIM card and not an M2M SIM card (the M2M SIM card must be used after setting the APN with the SIM card).
